Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (where applicable).

• We accept payments through secure third-party gateways provided by Shopify (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay – where available).

• Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

• Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery times are outside our control. Love Lilli is not liable for any delays, loss, or damage once parcels are with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

• We happily offer exchanges or store credits in line with our policy, but we do not offer refunds unless required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Gift Cards & Store Credit

• Gift cards and store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Store credit will be issued via email in the form of a digital code.

Promotions & Discounts

• From time to time, we may run promotions or offer discount codes. These are valid only for the specified period and may be subject to conditions.

• Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases.

Intellectual Property

• All content on the Love Lilli website, including but not limited to product images, copy, branding, and design, is our intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability
